Through this work we have come to value:

Breaking free from the waterfall structure has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The ability to deliver quality work to customers while allowing them to change their minds on what they want is something unheard of in the corporate world, at least in a timely manner. Agile is perfect approach when you have real users and you want to solve their problems by means of software. Agile approach minimises stress during development and deployment and leads to flexibility, maintainability, and high quality. It forces teams to be always in good shape in terms of code, infrastructure, communications etc. Agile approach is much more natural nowadays than other approaches when circumstances and conditions are continuously changing.
