We always need to be able to respond to change because it's inevitable, especially in Government due to cyclical nature. Zaakki Ahamed: The world is developing at a very rapid pace these days and the Agile Methodology seems to be one of the best solutions. A customer is important for a project and the Agile methodology helps to do that.

|Dan Heilman: Having collaborated to build the software development process framework in several organizations, the ones that worked the best were the ones that had the most flexibility and per-project tailoring. The teams that worked the best, were the teams that involved customers through the entire process. I have not run across a better and more fun way to build software. |
